Mulled Wine

Melt away winter's chill with this scented and comforting mulled wine.

Method

1. Pour red wine into the Multifunction Cooking Pot, add cinnamon sticks, stir, cover and heat for 1 minute.
2.  Add sliced apples, oranges and diced strawberries, stir gently to submerge them fully.
3. Cover again, simmer on warm setting for 5 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, pour into glasses, arrange thyme nicely—your mulled wine is ready!

Ingredients

·300ml red wine
·1 apple
·1/2 orange
·1 cinnamon stick
·3-4 strawberries
·1 tablespoon honey
·1 small sprig of thyme (for decoration)

Pro tip: Boiling will spoil the wine's flavor and cause the aroma to evaporate.



Snowman Cocoa Latte

Meet the marshmallow snowman that melts into warm, chocolatey joy.

Method

1. Pull espresso with the Fully Automatic Espresso Machine and pour into a cup.
2. Mix cocoa powder with hot water into a thick paste, spread evenly over the espresso.
3. Froth hot milk into dense foam, pour gently over the cocoa paste.
4. Top with two marshmallows as a snowman, draw a face with melted chocolate, decorate with cookies—your cozy snowman cocoa coffee is ready!

Ingredients

·30ml espresso
·150ml milk
·2 tablespoons cocoa powder
·2 marshmallows
·1 chocolate pen
·A few chocolate cookies



Christmas Wreath Milkshake

Mix creamy milk, festive sprinkles, and the scent of matcha for a Christmas wreath shake — no magic required!

Method

1. Blend ice cubes, milk, matcha powder and light cream in a container with the Hand Blender at high speed for 30 seconds until smooth slush forms.
2. Pour the prepared matcha slush into a glass cup and gently smooth out the surface.
3. Sprinkle a little matcha powder on top of the slush for decoration, then evenly place colorful sprinkles to form a "flower wreath" shape—your delicate milkshake is ready!

·100g ice cubes
·150ml milk
·3g matcha powder
·50ml light cream
·Some colorful sprinkles

Pro Tip: Using a glass cup can better show the layered effect of matcha!



Spiced Apple & Orange Hot Tea

Enjoy a warm, spiced tea that's both a festive delight and a cozy treat.

Method

1. Put apple slices, orange slices, rock sugar cubes and a cinnamon stick into a glass teapot, then add dried black tea leaves.
2. Boil water in the Fusion Kettle, pour into the teapot to submerge ingredients.
3. Cover the teapot and steep for 8 minutes to let the fruity fragrance and tea flavor blend thoroughly.
4. Transfer to serving cups and enjoy while it’s nice and warm.

·1 apple
·1 orange (sliced, reserve some orange peel for extra aroma)
·5g dried black tea leaves
·5–6 rock sugar cubes
·1 cinnamon stick

Pro Tip:For richer aroma, keep some apple peel and orange peel intact when slicing the fruits.
