They will fill your home with flavor and holiday magic. Grab your ingredients, gather your family, and let every bite become a memory.

Gingerbread Cookie

Let the gingerbread men melt in your mouth with buttery, spiced sweetness.

Method

1. Roll out the chilled cookie dough to 0.4 cm thick. Cut into gingerbread men shapes and place on a baking sheet.
2. Bake in the Electric Oven at 150°C for 12-15 minutes, and let cool completely for later use.
3. For the icing, beat egg white, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until thick. Divide the icing into several portions and color each portion with food coloring (red, green, etc.). And then spoon into piping bags.
4. Decorate the cooled cookies with Christmas patterns and your gingerbread cookies are ready!

Ingredients

· 400g cookie bases
· 60g powdered sugar (for royal icing)
· 15g pasteurized egg white
· 16g lemon juice
· A few drops of food coloring (red, green, white)

Snowman Truffles

Melt into Christmas with these cute and bite-sized snowman truffles.

Method

1. Use the Nesting Food Processor to quickly turn your Oreo cookies with the filling removed into perfectly even fine crumbs with a few pulses.
2. Pour melted butter into the Oreo crumbs. Mix with a spatula until combined, then shape into 8 compact balls.
3. Take a bamboo skewer and carefully skewer two Oreo balls to form one snowman base.
4. Completely roll each skewered snowman in the melted white chocolate and then use candies to decorate the snowman with eyes and a nose.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate, then it’ s ready to enjoy!

Ingredients

· 150g Oreo cookies (filling removed)
· 30g unsalted butter
· 100g white chocolate
· Some decorative candies (for eyes & nose)
· 4 bamboo skewers

Christmas Brownies

Every bite cherishes the warm richness of chocolate and the sweet magic of Christmas!

Method

1. First, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Mix in sugar, then beat in the egg. And then sift in flour and cocoa powder; fold into a thick batter.
2. Next, pour into a greased, air fryer-safe mold. Smooth the top.
3. Bake at 160°C in the Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.
4. Finally, remove from the mold, cut into triangles. Create a Santa hat with red cream and a white ruffle; for the tree, spiral green cream, dust with silver sprinkles, then use a toothpick to add delicate pine needle lines. Enjoy!
