Valentine's Sweets for Everyone You Treasure

Heart-shaped Valentine’s desserts baked with love

Valentine’s Day is a celebration of the people we love and treasure in our lives. Love is not just romance—it’s found in family, friendships, and even the care we give ourselves. Homemade baking offers a warm and delicious way to express our love. Whether you’re gathering with loved ones, or treating yourself to a moment of sweetness, these 4 Valentine’s desserts turn heartfelt emotions into something you can taste and share.

Strawberry Jam Toast

Toast yourself a slice of love—crispy, tasty and sweet.

Method

1. Use a heart-shaped cutter to evenly press 6–8 heart-shaped holes into one slice of bread.
2. Place both slices in the Fusion Toaster and toast until golden and crispy, then remove.
3. Stack slices. Then fill each heart-shaped cutout with strawberry jam, smoothing the surface.

Pro Tip: Sprinkle a pinch of powdered sugar over the toast for extra sweetness.

Ingredients

• 2 slices of toast
• Some strawberry jam
• A small heart-shaped cutter

Marshmallow Heart Cookies

Share these heart-shaped cookies with your sweetheart and savor the love in every bite.

Method

1. Add powdered sugar, egg, cake flour, cocoa powder and salt to the softened butter. Stir until evenly blended.
2. Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Cut out hearts with the heart-shaped cutter, then use a smaller one to cut out the center from each.
3. Bake the cookies in the Air Fryer at 180℃ for 8 minutes. When the edges are set, place a pink marshmallow onto each heart base until it melts.
4. Finally sprinkle with decorative sugar pearls before serving.

Pro Tip: Bake just until the marshmallows soften and melt—overbaking may cause them to lose their smooth texture.

Ingredients

• 100 g cake flour
• 15 g cocoa powder
• 50 g unsalted butter (softened)
• 40 g powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• A pinch of salt
• Some Pink marshmallows
• Some decorative Sugar pearls (for garnish)

Red Velvet Cupcakes

A perfect blend of rich chocolate and red velvet sweetness—for sharing with family.

Method

1. Separate the eggs. Whisk yolks with half the sugar, melted butter, and milk until smooth. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, then mix until combined.
2. Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the yolk batter in two additions until fully incorporated. Pipe batter into Cupcake liners (⅔ full). Bake in the Electric Oven at 170°C for 18–20 minutes.
3. Whip cream with a few drops of red food coloring and powdered sugar until stiff. Finally pipe the cream onto the top of the cupcakes.

Pro Tip: Add a bit more red food coloring for a brighter hue—but use sparingly to keep the flavor balanced.

Ingredients

• 100 g cake flour
• 10 g cocoa powder
• A few drops of red food coloring
• 60 g unsalted butter (softened)
• 80 g powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 70 ml milk
• A pinch of salt
• 150 ml whipping cream

Valentine’s Fried Donuts

Share a donut with your best friend in half—enjoy the festive happiness together.

Method

1. Add dry yeast and powdered sugar to warmed milk, stir well, and let sit for 5 minutes to activate.
2. Sift in bread flour, softened butter, egg and salt, then knead into a smooth dough.
3. Let the dough proof until doubled in size. Roll out to 0.5 inch thick, cut into donut shapes with the cutter, and proof again for 30 minutes.
4. Heat oil in the Multifunction Cooking Pot deep pan to 170°C. Fry donuts until golden. Drizzle with pink chocolate glaze and sprinkle with colored sugar pearls.

Pro Tip: Ensure proper proofing for your dough to achieve a fluffier texture and better flavor.

Ingredients

• 3 g dry yeast
• 30 g powdered sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 100 ml milk
• 30 g unsalted butter (softened)
